A very concentrated product that is suitable for laundry and general cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens and surfaces, Greenscents Castile soap is also suitable for personal care use (teeth, body & hair). Greenscents Castile Soap is so versatile there are many ways to enjoy using this product. As a laundry liquid for a machine wash add 20 ml (4 teaspoons) to the drawer for a 5-6 kg wash. For hand washing add 10 ml (2 teaspoons) to approximately 6 litres of warm water, wash your fabrics as desired then rinse well and dry. As a surface cleaner, one pump (1-2 ml) on to a cloth should release enough soap to clean worktops, a basin or a sink.

To clean floors either use 1-2 ml of Castile Soap on a cloth or add 10-15 ml to a bucket of hot water and mop. For personal use, pump a tiny drop (0.5 ml) of Castile soap onto a toothbrush, add some water, brush and then rinse for very clean teeth. As a shampoo, 5 ml (1 teaspoon) will be enough to wash your hair thoroughly – you may want to follow on with your usual conditioner to reduce any dryness. Lather up about 5 ml (1 teaspoon) as a body wash. Please remember that Greenscents Castile Soap is alkaline – similar to bar soap.

If you have sensitive skin you may find Castile Soap rather drying so apply your favourite body cream after use.

5 litres – 250 machine washes or 1,000 shampoos
20 litres – 1,000 machine washes or 4,000 shampoos

UK deliveries excluding non-UK mainland

Your order will be delivered by courier and please allow up to 4 working days. We will email you to confirm dispatch. Deliveries are usually carried out by Parcel force and take place during the working week from Monday to Friday.

Free Delivery over £25

At Greenscents, we want to make it easy for you to buy your favourite products so we discount our delivery charges.

When you spend more than £25, you will receive FREE delivery. If you spend less than £25.00 we charge £4 for delivery.

Products not available

If any products have sold out we will email you within 48 hours. We will do our very best to ensure that you are happy with the outcome.

Refund Policy

In cases where the return of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. We will also refund the delivery charge for sending the item to you (if applicable) and the cost incurred by you for returning the item. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to Greenscents as soon as possible or, if Greenscents agrees, photographic evidence can be made available instead of returning the product. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

The Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless they notify Greenscents Ltd within 7 days of their receipt. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights. If no such action has been taken, Greenscents shall consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose and may not accept any reject at a later date.

Unless the goods are faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the cost of returning them to us. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage when you do so. Please follow your chosen carrier’s guidelines for the transport of liquids.

Packages which are damaged at the point of delivery should be refused.
