Sun & Seed is an artisan producer of 100% pure and organic seed, nut and fruit goodness.
Our story starts in 2004, on a small family farm that grew pumpkins and sunflowers. Today we make our range from a huge selection of finest quality, ethically produced nuts, seeds and fruits, and we still work with growers whose organic farming methods have a minimal environmental impact. We always strive to use growers closer to home, and the majority of our product range is grown in Europe.
We keep our ingredients raw whenever possible so that all the nutritional goodness is brought to you intact. All our products are certified organic, minimally processed, non-GMO, vegan, preservative-free and, above all, free of compromise.

Slowly stone-ground at a low temperature to preserve sensitive vitamins and nutrients
Once the ingredients reach the Sun & Seed foundry, we like to take things slowly. We use traditional artisan methods, our seeds and nuts are hand selected and stone ground and our oils cold pressed. Even when we need to enhance the flavour for some of our products by toasting methods, this is always done lightly, at temperature below 42°C. It’s a slow and careful process but we think it’s worth the effort!

The low temperatures we use in our traditional methods of stone-grinding or cold-pressing protect all the nutritional goodness in the food, ready for you to spread, mix, drizzle, scatter and enjoy. We care about the quality of every product. Every tiny seed, nut or fruit is the best it could be.

Our trusted growers provide us with perfectly ripe, highest quality organic ingredients to make our delicious nut and seed butters, zingy vinegars, sumptuous oils, nutrition-packed protein powders and sprouted seeds and oats.
We also like to keep our ingredients raw whenever possible, so all the organic goodness is brought to you intact and sometimes we even sprout things so that the nutrients keep on growing.
We care about the health of our environment
Sun & Seed is an ethical company. We never ship products via airfreight. We use environmentally friendly packaging & shipping wherever possible.
Our ultimate aim is to only ever use 100% recycled/recyclable/biodegradable packaging in the near future and are already looking into different options.

Our passion is in sourcing highest quality, organic ingredients from our trusted growers at a minimum impact on the environment. For this reason we always strive to use growers closer to home and the majority of the nuts and seeds in our product range are exclusively European-grown.
