An ethical gift
All LittleLeaf products are made from organic cotton, which is so much kinder on a baby’s sensitive skin. We are proud to be registered by the UK Soil Association. This means that the cotton we use is grown and processed without the use of harmful pesticides and other toxic chemicals. Our certification also ensures that workers have received a fair wage and work in good conditions. Farms and factories where LittleLeaf cotton is grown and sewn are inspected regularly so that these high standards are maintained. You can learn more about GOTS and our certification here.

If you have a preference for a particular design (Beach Huts/Kites, etc) for any item, please just let us know in the ‘Order Notes’ box provided at checkout. If you’d rather just leave it to us, that’s fine too!

Our Packaging
This Organic Cotton Baby Gift will be wrapped in tissue and tied with ribbon before being placed in our smart Classic Gift Box. We also pop in a hand-written card with your own message for the lucky new parents. Please let us know your message by typing this in the ‘Order Notes’ at checkout. We also include a card detailing the organic and ethical nature of your gift. Our box, card, tissue, stickers and all postal packaging are 100% recycled and recyclable. However, the box is of such good quality it’s worth keeping and makes a wonderful “keepsake” box.

Shipping Policy

We will pack and post your LittleLeaf parcel to you by Royal Mail second class delivery (and for some heavier items, by courier). Postage and packing are £1.95 for smaller items and £2.95 for larger items.

Your parcel should arrive in 2-3 working days. If you would like it sooner, please send us an email, and we can organise faster delivery at an extra cost.

For overseas delivery, we charge £4.50 for Ireland, £8 for Europe and £12 for the rest of the world.

Refund Policy

We hope you’ll love your LittleLeaf goodies, but sometimes you may have to send something back.

Not to worry, you may return any product ordered from our website within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging, with all labels attached, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

Before returning any item, please email us at and we will get back to you. You can request either a refund or an exchange.

Returns for reasons other than a manufacturing defect will be arranged using the original payment method and all postage costs will be at the customer’s expense. If, however, your product arrived in a damaged or faulty state, email us the exact details and we will refund postage costs as well in this case.

Please note that we are not responsible for the goods until they have been received by us, so we strongly recommend that you obtain a tracking number for your parcel when you return it to us via the Post Office. Unfortunately, items lost in transit will not be treated as returned items.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations. 

Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email or phone about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.

If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.

 Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your cancellation.

You will not have any right to cancel an order for the supply of any of the following goods:

(a) the supply of goods that are made to the customer’s specification or are clearly personalised.

(b) the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

(c) the supply of services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

In addition you will lose your right to cancel if you:

(a) unseal goods that are not suitable for return if they are unsealed, due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

(b) combine goods with other goods after delivery so that they become inseparable.
