Having searched for certified organic teas for a long time and unable to find what we hoped for, we concluded that the best and quickest solution for us would be to source our own.

Environmentally friendly packaging

Our packaging is free of GMO, it is biodegradable and compostable.

If you purchased small pouches, once you remove the top seal just roll the paper and clip the edges, our bigger pouches are heat sealable, after you open them just seal the zip lock to make sure your teas stays tasty even longer!

Our label designs are based on real watercolour paintings inspired by tea and the wonderful surrounding of the County Down region, Northern Ireland. They are printed on an exclusive range of biodegradable labels compliant with the European Industrial Compostable Standard (EN13432).

Shipping Policy

UK, Scotland and Northern Ireland delivery

FREE on all orders over £40 or £3.80 for orders under £40.

Our goal is to deliver organic, yummy and well presented products straight to your door so you can enjoy our quality teas. For that reason we aim to dispatch all orders as soon as we receive them, no longer than within 2 working days from receipt of your order.



Refund Policy

We endeavour to ensure that your order is packed and handled carefully, however if you do receive damaged or broken goods, please contact us with 7 working days of delivery to arrange a replacement or a refund for the products concerned . We cannot accept returned good which are not faulty, except by prior arrangement. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Refunds for gift items can only be given to the original purchaser.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We hope you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not or have simply changed your mind please contact us within 7 days working days of receipt of your order by letter or email to arrange a return. Due to the nature of our products they must be returned unused, in the original packaging and in perfect saleable condition. Please include your invoice stating the reason for the return. Unfortunately postage is non-refundable and you will have to return goods at your own expense. We recommend you use a trackable delivery service as we can only process a returned item once we have received it.

Once we have received the returned items in good condition we will issue a full refund of the value of the products, not including postage.
