Sprouted & raw organic sunflower seeds – tasty & crunchy
Soaking and rinsing the seeds with pure water removes the enzyme inhibitors and the seed begins to germinate. All of the resting nutrition in the seed begins to break down into its simplest components: proteins break down into separate amino acids, complex starches and fats break down into simpler carbohydrates.
Meanwhile, the plant starts to multiply in its nutrient content, growing into a sprout, getting ready to become a tree or full sized plant. This results in a sprouted food packed with vitamins, minerals and proteins.
Our sprouted & raw organic sunflower seeds are a great snack on their own, or can be added to stir fries, salads and used in home baking bringing a nice crunch and a mild nutty taste.

We are passionate about food and how it is produced. This is how we started our story back in 2004, on a small family farm where pumpkins and sunflowers were grown, knowing that organic, wholesome food is not from the past, but very much the future.
We use traditional artisan methods; our seeds and nuts are hand-selected, and stone-ground and our oils cold-pressed. Even when we need to enhance the flavour for some of our products by toasting methods, this is always done lightly, at a temperature below 42°C. It’s a slow and careful process, but we think it’s worth the effort!
