Greenscents organic Laundry Liquid is super-concentrated. Just 20-25 ml is enough for a standard 5-6 kg machine wash. Our customers say that our organic laundry liquid can be placed in the drawer or direct into the drum.

For hand washing, add 20-25 ml for approximately 6 litres of water. Greenscents organic Laundry Liquid can be used as a pre-wash stain remover but try on an inconspicuous area of fabric first. Leave undiluted liquid on the fabric for up to 15 minutes and then wash as desired. Greenscents Laundry Liquid can be used at all temperatures and is excellent for delicates, wool and silk.

Please ensure that you follow the washing instructions on your clothes and fabrics and the instructions for using your washing machine. When you remove your things from the washing machine, don’t forget to enjoy the texture of your fabrics and any organic fragrance from your product.

Shipping Policy

UK deliveries excluding non-UK mainland

Your order will be delivered by courier and please allow up to 4 working days.  We will email you to confirm dispatch. Deliveries are usually carried out by Parcel force and take place during the working week from Monday to Friday.

Free Delivery over £25

At Greenscents, we want to make it easy for you to buy your favourite products so we discount our delivery charges.

When you spend more than £25, you will receive FREE delivery.  If you spend less than £25.00 we charge £4 for delivery.


Products not available

If any products have sold out we will email you within 48 hours. We will do our very best to ensure that you are happy with the outcome.

Refund Policy

In cases where the return of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. We will also refund the delivery charge for sending the item to you (if applicable) and the cost incurred by you for returning the item. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to Greenscents as soon as possible or, if Greenscents agrees, photographic evidence can be made available instead of returning the product. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

The Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless they notify Greenscents Ltd within 7 days of their receipt. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights. If no such action has been taken, Greenscents shall consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose and may not accept any reject at a later date.

Unless the goods are faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the cost of returning them to us. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage when you do so. Please follow your chosen carrier’s guidelines for the transport of liquids.

Packages which are damaged at the point of delivery should be refused.
